3 Truths
I. Perseverance Is Obedience in Motion
God never promised the path would be easy—but He did promise He’d walk it with you. Perseverance isn’t just about pushing through—it’s about staying faithful when nothing makes sense. It’s trusting God’s timing when doors stay shut, prayers feel unanswered, and you’re bone-tired. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is not quit. Keep showing up. Keep walking. That’s how you honour the God who called you.
II. Setbacks Are Often Setups for Surrender
We all take hits. Life doesn’t ask for permission before it punches. But every setback is a moment of decision: will you curse the pain, or surrender it to the hands of the Father? God doesn’t waste wounds. He uses them to expose the false strength we lean on—and invite us into something deeper, something holy. Let the setback bring you to your knees, not in defeat, but in surrender. That’s where the real rebuilding begins.
III. A Man Who Stands Is a Man Who Trusts
You won’t stand long in this world if your strength is rooted in your own willpower. Storms will come. Pressure will rise. But the man who trusts in the Lord—who builds on the Rock, not sand—he stands firm. He’s not moved by public opinion, setbacks, or fear. Why? Because his foundation is secure. His strength comes from someone greater. And when you’re anchored in Christ, nothing can shake you off course for long.
